It is detailed with excellent text and illustrations. It then focuses on the men that fought in the tanks and the aces the tanks created such as Michael Hartmann. Finally various Normandy battles are looked at in detail as to how the tanks fought it out and how the tanks fared in the cold light of hindsight.
