One of the early books in the series written by Mark Healy. It looks at the battle from both northern and southern salients. It is a good overview of what was to be the greatest tank battle of World War II. It was a battle of attrition on a massive scale and was the last German offensive of the Second World War. Thereafter the Germans fought a defensive war against a confident Red Army all the way to the gates Of Berlin.
